Soft close will be applied to this auction, any bids made within the last 1 minute of closing will reset the bid clock by an additional minute after the last bid is placed. 2. Preview by appointment only 3. Pickup will be held on Saturday June 10th 2023 Time TBA, if you are unable to pick up on 06/10 arrangements must be made before 06/09. Bring your own help to load heavy items, and boxes if needed. 4. Property damage caused by the buyer will be at the buyers expense 5. S.D.
