Bidder agrees to provide any information and identification requested including but not limited to photocopies of driver's license and credit cards. -All items must be removed during the defined dates and times of auction pick up. Failure to pick up and pay for items in time allotted causes the items purchased be deemed abandoned and the buyer will lose any rights, title, or interest of items. Winning bidder is still responsible to pay invoice. -During the Auction you can check the status of your bid any time. Note that no bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. -Bidding is similar to eBay type auctions we recommend that all bidders put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out the bids as you would be at a live auction and only uses the fund required to outbid bidders at prescribed increments. If two people place same bid amount the first bid in wins that amount. -Auction Closing: Soft Closing Auction: The first item will begin to close at 7:00 PM CST and an item will close every 12 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 1 minutes of the lot closing. -The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserved the right to make changes to the auction closing times. -Due to Auction being online. Server & Software Technical Issues can happen: If for any reason the system goes down technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction related technologies, Obie's Auction House reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Obie's Auction House shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. -BREACHING of TERMS: If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms & Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by Auction Company, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, and deficiencies and re-marketing expenses resulting from resale of the item(s) or property.
