The guitars are being sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and as the bidders believe them to be". Bidders are responsible to inspect the guitars prior to bidding and satisfy themselves as to the condition of the guitars and all other matters relating to the guitars, including without limitation, condition, value, authenticity, and auction description. Any reference to condition by the auction firm should be considered strictly an opinion and not warranted or guaranteed to be accurate in any way. We encourage buyers to make an appointment to personally inspect the guitars prior to bidding. Online Auction. This auction is being conducted as a timed ONLINE ONLY Auction. The auction will begin on Wednesday May 10, 2023 @ 2 PM and begin to end on Wednesday May 24, 2023 @ 1:00 PM. If a bid is placed within two minutes of the bidding deadline, the deadline will be extended by an additional two minutes. The two-minute extension will continue until no bid is placed within two minutes of the bidding deadline. The closing interval will be one lot per minute. Bidding on lot #1 will end at 1:00 PM. Payment. A valid credit card must be used to register to bid. The credit card that you use to register will be charged for your purchases immediately after the conclusion of the online bidding. A three percent fee will be added for credit card purchases. Payment will be accepted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover only. Sales tax according to local and state laws will be charged unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax exempt the appropriate exemption forms must be forwarded to our office prior to the end of the online bidding payment. Any unpaid balances are subject to collection by the Federal Bankruptcy Court. Buyer Premium. A fifteen percent buyer premium will be added to the high bid amount to determine the full purchase amount to be paid by the purchaser. Therefore, the purchase price to be paid by the Buyer is the sum of the final bid price as acknowledged and accepted by the software/program, plus the Buyer Premium of fifteen percent of the final bid price. Example: High bid amount of $100 plus $15 (fifteen percent buyer premium) equals purchase price of $115. Removal. After payment is made in full removal may take place by appointment M-F from 9 AM to 4 PM. All assets purchased MUST be removed by 4 PM on Friday June 9, 2023. If a guitar purchased(s) is not removed by this date, storage charges in the amount of $5 per day will be charged at Buyer's expense which must be paid before the guitar(s) is removed from the premises. If for any reason the guitar(s) is not removed by June 23, 2023 the guitar(s) would be considered abandoned and no refunds shall be given. Any shipping claims should be made directly with the shipping carrier. You are also welcome to make your own arrangements to have your items picked up and shipped by the agent of your choosing. However, this must take place during the scheduled removal times and Asset IQ must receive payment for your invoice amount prior to releasing your items.
