Behm’s Auction and Real Estate Services has been commissioned to sell the real estate to settle the Yohe estate. This is a clean, well-built home located just outside of Glen Dale, near Wheeling. The home offers a vast amount of living space and is ready to have the new owners move in.
We will offer, with the owner's confirmation, a three bedroom, 2½ bath brick home on block foundation with large double car garage and full finished basement.
The living room is integrated with the open dining room, wall to wall carpet and double French entrance doors. The kitchen has a tile floor, double entrance doors, and newer wood cabinets. Some of the features of the kitchen include: Whirlpool refrigerator, Whirlpool built-in microwave, Kenmore built-in flat top stove and Sears built-in double oven.
