To settle the estate of the late Bennie and Gloria Hildebrand we are selling a 1958 Chevrolet Corvette, 1995 Oldsmobile 98, 2004 Toyota Sienna, 2005 Toyota Prius, Antiques and Collectibles, Sterling Silver Flatware, Fine Furniture, Art, Lawn and Garden Equipment, and More!  All of these items come from a smoke free and pet free home.

This is a large auction with a wide variety of useful and unusual items that the Hildebrands spent a lifetime collecting. Bidding starts at $1 for each item and everything sells to the highest bidder regardless of price.  There are no reserves or minimums.  This auction is being held in partnership with Grindstaff's Auction Marketing Group.

Preview and Pickup Information:

This is an online only auction which will begin to close on May 31at 7:00 PM at the rate of 3 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.

Preview for this auction will be Thursday May 11 from 4-6 PM and Monday May 29 from 4-6 PM @ 5 Springfield Lane, Staunton VA 24401.  Pickup is at the same location on Thursday and Friday June 1-2 from 9 AM to 6 PM. Shipping is available at the buyers expense for smaller items in this auction.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
