Due to the passing of his wife, Duane Badder has decided to sell the family home, and has commissioned the Hankins Auction Service to conduct an Estate Auction. Auction date is Saturday, June 17, 2023, beginning at 10am. Auction location is 9464 Lord Rd., East Jordan, MI 49727. Items are clean and usable, and include Vehicles, Lawn and Garden equipment, Lawn tractors, Chainsaws, LOTS OF TOOLS, furniture, a Large Stamp Collection (worldwide), nice household including several sets of dishes, a few firearms, all of the contents of 2 garages and most of the house. The house will also be listed, but is not part of the auction. Vehicles include 1998 Chevy 1500 truck, 4x4, 5.7 litre V-8 with capper and 113837 miles, and a very nice 2014 Chevy Impala, 3.6 litre v-6 with only 51876 miles!! Check out the photos!! Tractors include John Deere GT225 with blower, weights and chains, and a Husqvarna with only 108 hrs on a 24hp engine, has a mower deck!! There is also a pull behind 36" rototiller, chainsaws, rolling tool boxes, lots of hand tools, power tools, picnic tables, a 6'x12' double axle trailer, lots of wooden crates, chains, lanterns, a 1950's Ski Whiz snowmobile, a walk behind snowblower, lawn mowers, much more to be found in the garages!
