HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES: ONE LOT, Buy it All, Take it All including the good, the bad and the ugly. Highlights include (2) MG Midgets, famous little fun to drive cars that we know very little about. Both will come with a Bill of Sale. One is believed to be a mid-70’s model possibly a 1976. The other is late 60’s, possibly a 1967. Other items include a Vintage Phone Booth from downtown Wichita Hotel, power tools and milling machines, lots and lots of lumber mostly oak and pine, tools boxes, hand tools, and who knows what else. This unit has NOT been “cherry picked” and we photographed it the way we found it. 99 picture in all plus a video. Look it over and you be the judge. What’s it worth? It sells to the highest bidder regardless of price with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. There will be a fully refundable $500 deposit to whoever buys this unit to insure it’s swept clean and rental ready for the next hoarder. Buyer will be given a key the day after the auction closes out to gain access to the unit at their convenience but must be out of the unit on or before Tuesday, April 25th which will give the Buyer one full week to Get ‘er Done!
