By placing a bid, you are entering into a contractual agreement with the seller to purchase item(s) should you be the highest bidder. Failure to follow through with your role in the transaction will result in negative consequences up to and including legal action to recoup damages caused to seller due to breach of contract.
All items sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranty or guarantee. All items MUST be picked up by dates in the terms - NO EXCEPTIONS! A $50 disposal/restocking fee may be assessed and bidding priviledges for future auctions revoked if pick-up dates and times are not followed. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the seller or Budler Auction & Consignment. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction. Payment required upon pick up. You must pick up items during the times allotted or items will be considered abandoned. Shipping is available via Priority flat rate + $5.00 handling at the cost of the buyer. We accept Cash, Check, or Credit Card. A 10% buyer's premium applies to all online purchases. A 3% convenience fee for credit card charges. All rules on day of sale supersedes printed rules.
