Registration: a) Before bidding you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Bidding. Read these terms carefully. You must provide a credit card during registration. This card will be charged for any items if payment isn't made by cash,Gold,Silver, or Square (saturday only at lower BP). Amount charged will include high bid price, Buyer's Premium and washington sales tax. In cases where the primary buyer cannot/does not pay the secondary bidder is liable and will be charged for and take possession of the item. Bidding: a) All bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, online or by proxy.This rule is ONLY superseceded by the auction who reserves the right to cancel any transaction at any time. If you are the highest bidder you are the new owner of that item. All sales are final. Unless items have a COA they are sold as is. We cannot guarantee an items authenticty if there is no COA (certificate of authenticity). That being said you are waiving your right to lawsuit as well as waiving your right to refund for the cause of condition, description, or the lack of detail of either. b) Most items are sold without reserves however, any items with a reserve will be declared in the notes so the bidder is fully aware that the item has a reserve price and what it is in the notes. If the reserve has ever not been listed in the description contact us and we will ammend this. c) Spokane Estate Liquidation Auction reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual. Spokane Estate Liquidation also reserves the right to refuse business from any customer or bidder at any time. Successful bidders are required to pay a Buyer's Premium on each item purchased. d) All items are sold "as is, where is." We make no representations or warranties with respect to the items in our auctions. We recommend that you closely inspect our photos or send an online inquirty to our email if you'd like specific photos or information. Any descriptions or titles are to the best of our ability and to help you as a bidder. They are in no way exhaustive. Descriptions are to the best of our ability and could be subject to error. That being said you are waiving your right to lawsuit as well as waiving your right to refund for the cause of condition, description, or the lack of detail of either. e) Descriptions are provided to help identify an item and create interest. Descriptions are not complete or exhaustive. It is up to the buyer to determine the condition for themselves based upon the photos and any description given as an aid. That being said you are waiving your right to lawsuit as well as waiving your right to refund for the cause of condition, description, or the lack thereof. f) APPRAISALS & OPINIONS OF VALUE: All values including appraisal prices and auction estimates are to be used as guidance and are not guaranteed by the auction company (Spokane Estate Liquidation) or third-party appraisal company. No appraisal or auction estimate should be used as a suggestion of resell value. Opinions of value and quality can vary greatly among "experts" or people based on current market conditions, availability in the market place, geographical location, gemological equipment types, method of grading and the evaluator's training. Such variances do not constitute any error on either evaluator. Spokane Estate Liquidation Auction does not warranty any opinion of value. As is customary, when items are manufactured and are so similar in makeup that there is no difference in weight or appearance, a certificate may be duplicated for each piece that is manufactured and evaluated by the appraiser. Appraisals should be used for verification of gemstone and/or metal weight, size and grade only, not actual value. Items should not be purchased with the expectation to resell for appraisal price or for profit. That being said you are waiving your right to lawsuit as well as waiving your right to refund for the cause of condition, description, or the lack thereof. g) Buyer should come prepared to pack and load their items. We may be able to assist, but cannot guarantee staff will be available to assist everyone. Spokane Estate Liquidation LLC MAY help you load or unload your vehicle so long as they are available (which isn't promised). However, should Spokane Estate Liquidation or any one under Spokane Estate Liquidation assist you in loading or unloading, by placing a bid you are waiving your right to lawsuit for the reason of any damages or injuries caused by loading or unloading your vehicle. You are also waiving your right to lawsuit or refund for any damage or injury cause to the items thems for loading and unloading your winning items. h) Purchases must be paid in full before items can be picked up. Cash, Silver, or Gold accepted SATURDAY ONLY (silver must be in rounds or bars, gold must be fractional or in grams also rounds or bars) You have 3 days maximum from AUCTION CLOSE (fridays at 7pm) to let us know of missing items or items that were not working that we claimed were if it applies. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS OR MAIL IN PAYMENTS. I) Any items are not paid for or picked up by the Wednesday following auction close your items WILL be deemed abandoned and sold at a future auction WITHOUT REFUND. Refunds will not be given on abandoned items. In events that we make acceptions to this rule we are not liable for items that are missing after the 4 days as they should have been resold. Acceptions are not reason to act as though it is a new policy NOR that we will accept these same acceptions going forward. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS OR MAIL IN PAYMENTS. j) If we cannot make available or deliver clear title on a purchase, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price upon immediate return of the item. Item must be returned in the same condition as it was prior to the sale. Any damages or deviations from the original condition are subject to charges to the buying party. k) Resellers must submit an reseller permit BEFORE the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged. Tax will then be removed on auctions following the day in which Spokane Estate Liquidation recieved the reseller permit l) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. This is to include chargebacks. By placing a bid you agree to waiving your right to dispute or deny payment made with a credit/debit card on file or given at checkout. By placing a bid you also therefore waive your right to chargebacks or lawsuit for the above mentioned causes. m)Submitting a bid signifies your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to one or more of these terms or feel you fail to understand any of these Terms and Conditions, DO NOT BID. Given this clause (deemed "m") you waive all right to lawsuit or refund due to the cause of not agreeing or not understanding the terms. n)Auction end time may be extended at any time for any reason. o) Shipping is done Tues/Wed following the auction close of every week. We will charge cards the day after auction close (saturday at 3pm) for your purchases so we can be sure all items are paid for by shipping day. We price shop USPS, UPS, and Fedex to get the cheapest shipping we personally are able. We use what boxes we have here at our location and cannot guarantee any certain kinds of boxes. We will ship to the location that is on your invoice so please update settings to reflect that. We cannot ship items that are combustable or against federal guidelines. Items that say "shippable" are the ones we will ship. If an item is won that does not say shippable than we will do our best to ship if possible but any breaking will not be covered as we didn't mark is as being able to be shipped usually that being the reason. All Orders that shipping is needed are subject to insurance and a signature on every order. If you are the highest bidder on multiple lots, we will combine to save on shipping charges. Cost of shipping cannot be cause to rescind sale. If a package is returned due to non pick-up or incorrect address from the customer, that is to say not by fault of the auction, items will be rerun without refund. p) Blocking: If a bill is not paid and goes into default, you will be blocked from our auction until your debt is collected. If you need shipping funds are pulled the following day for your items purchased so it can move onto boxing,measuring, and weighing. If you are a pickup you have till 2:50pm saturday the day after auction close to pay cash/gold/silver after said time your card will be charged.
