Inspection Dates: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday, March 31st. The first location is 5.5 miles west of St. Onge on Hwy 34 to Fogelsong Rd. Right 3/4 mile to 19457 RMC Lane. Or 7 miles east of Belle Fourche on Hwy 34 to Fogelsong Rd then left 3/4 mile to RMC Lane. The second location is 1/2 mile west of 4 way stop in Belle Fourche on Hwy 34 to Clutter Buster Storage; 10884 SD Hwy 34 Belle Fourche, SD.

ONLINE BIDDING OPENS Friday, March 31st and begins to close at 4:00pm MT, Tuesday April 4th, 2023. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 3 lots per minute until all items have sold (approximately 3 hours). Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 3:30pm MT.
PAYMENT---
We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments.
Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.
Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee.
South Dakota sales tax charged on all items except currency & titled vehicles.
If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout. You must contact Bradeen Auctions by phone, email, or in person during the scheduled onsite settlement if payment is other than the credit card used for registration.
You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.75% credit card transaction fee, and handling/storage fees incurred by Bradeen Auctions.
---REGISTRATION---
A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation.
If you believe you have registered but have not been asked to enter your credit card information YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Please bid early to ensure you are completely registered.
---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION---
Settlement & pickup on Friday, April 7th from 10:00am to 3:00pm at the St. Onge location. Once items are paid for, you may collect there and then continue with your paid receipt to the other locations. Please adhere to the scheduled showing and pickup times/dates!
Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.
As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items by the given date. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items.
All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property.
---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES---Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium. As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items.
If you are unable to attend the scheduled onsite settlement the following fees will apply.
1.) 3.75% credit card swipe fee. Cash and check payments only accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours.
2.) Minimum $15 handling/storage fee per bidder. Additional handling/storage expense incurred depending on size and/or volume of items.
3.) Shipping of goods by Bradeen Auctions is available as determined by lot (NO SHIPPING OF AMMO) at buyers expense, please keep this in mind prior to bidding. ***Shipping Note***We will gladly work with the shipping provider of your choice to deliver specific items to them. Please understand that this will need to be arranged by the winning bidder at their own expense. Insurance is highly recommended, Bradeen Auctions will not be responsible for any delays or damages involved in shipping.
*ADDITIONAL NOTE* Buyer must take possession of all items no later than 7 business days from the auction closing unless alternate arrangements have been made. Minimum storage and handling fees may still apply. If the buyer has not taken possession of all items by this time the property will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to the seller. At the discretion of Bradeen Auctions, any bidders who fail to pay in full (including additional fees), or who abandon any items may have their bidding privileges revoked.
