Boat Docks, Stinger & Gangway Lot

DESCRIPTION:
The Cove Palisades State Park has 480 ft. of moorage docks up for grabs. Each section is 8 ft. wide and 24 feet long. 20 sections total. Included in auction: Docks, Stinger and Gangway. There are 20 docks and 17 fingers. The fingers are 4 ft. wide and 24 ft. long. These are wood docks with framed in foam blocks; 1st generation TREX Decking for walking surface. The docks are 20 years old and have had several repairs. Currently the docks are in the marina facility. They need to be removed so the marina can be opened.

PLEASE NOTE: Successful bidder must disassemble, load and haul. Indemnity agreement must be accepted/signed prior to work beginning. The agency will allow approx. 3 weeks to remove all included in the auction.
