Please know that once you bid online, we aren't able to cancel your bid. All items are sold AS IS, and all sales are final, with NO REFUNDS. All lots are subject to a 15% buyer's premium. We use a "soft close" auction, which means if you are bidding on an item and someone else makes a last minute bid, the auction will be extended for an additional time ( 1min) , allowing you to make a counter bid. 38Buckley Auctions uses the services of Hibid auction platform for online bidding. Please refer to Hibid's website for how to register and bid online. Buyer is responsible for all online bidding. 38Buckley Auctions cannot place bids for the buyer as the buyer must properly register and bid through the Hibid platform. 38Buckley Auctions or any of its staff shall not be held responsible or liable for any human or technical bidding errors, or internet bidding system shutdowns that may occur. Maryland Sales Tax of 6% collected unless tax ID number is on file, please email or call to have your tax ID # entered BEFORE close of the auction. Please note that items still remaining at our auction center 30 calendar days after the auction date will be considered abandoned and will be consigned to a future auction without additional notice to the purchaser, with no refunds. All items are sold "AS-IS, where-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Please bid accordingly if you are uncertain of the condition or use of an item. Photographs may also be used to represent the condition of an item. Textiles including rugs, are subject to varying degrees of wear, soiling and damage including pest damage and dry rot. All items are sold "AS IS." PAYMENT We will charge the credit card on file for payment of your purchases at the close of the auction. We also will accept cash & cashier's check upon pickup of your purchased items, please message or call us if you wish to pay with cash or check BEFORE close of the auction. We will process all payments after the final lot is sold. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE END OF THE DAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. BIDDERS WHO DO NOT PAY BY THIS DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE AUCTIONS. PICKUP - We are open for pick up by appointment only Thursday, Friday & Saturday Apirl 6-7-8th . Please bring a copy of your paid receipt when picking up. Parking is on Buckley Ave. by the glass door. - Please call when you arrive. WALK-INS NOT ACCEPTED - YOU MUST CALL OR MESSAGE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT SHIPPING - We will ship your items at the Retail Rate charged by USPS or UPS plus $10. handling fee. 38Buckley Auctions will not ship your items until we have either an email or phone call giving authorization to do so. Shipping Can Be Expensive, Keep this in mind when you purchase a large lot for $2.00 Please note that $10. is a ONE TIME charge and will not be added to each lot. We do our best to offer very reasonable shipping and delivery rates. We can ship most auction items, please note that items labeled LPU (Local Pickup) will not be shipped. We also have Large Furniture Shippers available for Local Delivery (Within a 300 mile radius of Rising Sun, MD). Please call or email us for a quote. We also will work with any shipper you may choose. Won combination of lots weighing over 50 lbs will be shipped in multiple boxes. Please note that some items are marked to be an only item shipment, meaning the item will have it's own box prior to the weight count. PLEASE NOTE some items are marked LOCAL PICKUP Only. Whether the item is too fragile or too bulky to ship. We can work with UShip Delivery Persons if needed. Please call should you have any questions. We do not ship: Firearms, Ammunition, Hazardous Materials, Dangerous Goods or Lithium Batteries - These items will need to be picked up. If you fail to contact us, your items will be forfeited with NO REFUNDS. If you fail to make arrangements or contact us for pickup, your items will be forfeited with NO REFUNDS. NO ACCEPTIONS.
