3 minutes will be added if bids are placed in the final 2 minutes.
Payment: Invoices over $2000 must be paid by cash, wire transfer or certified funds. All invoices under $2000 will be paid with credit card on file or cash on site at pick up.
Pick up will be in Carthage TN March 22nd and March 23rd from 8am to 5pm.
Removal Assistance: All items in this auction may be picked up once Blackwell Realty and Auction has received and acknowledged payment in full. Bidders are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from our auction staff. Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property and card on file will be charged. If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please notify Josh at 615-489-3266 so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.
