All sales are considered final at the end of the Auction date, 3/3/2023 @ 7pm.
After the auction has closed, March 3, 2023 all bids will be processed against the bidder's card and the payment method will be processed, then paid Invoice will be emailed to the winning bidder.
All lots must be paid in full before items can be picked up by the bidder on Saturday, March 4 between 9 and 1 pm. Preview is scheduled for Saturdayday, February 25, 2023 9am to 1pm.
Auction ends Friday, March 3, 2023 at 7pm.
Winning Invoices will be processed and emailed to winning bidders.

This auction starts on February 24, 2023 and ends March 3, 2023, will consist of household, and garage/yard pieces that will not be moved to their new home.
Auction starts ONLINE Feb 24, 2023 at 9am and will continue until March 3, 2023 at 7pm. All bidding will end at 7pm on March 3, 2023 and Invoices will be processed and emailed to the email given in the Registration. Pick up of items won will be March 4, 2023 from 9am to 1pm at the home address 8453 Oyster Pond Rd, Warrenton, VA 20186 in the basement,
