Storage Auction Terms: *ID required to register. *$100 cash deposit per location (regardless of how many units), to be paid to the auctioneer upon registering for a bidder number. *You are bidding on the entire contents of each unit. The manager will unlock and open the door to each unit. You will have just a minute or two to look at the contents from OUTSIDE the unit. You may not enter. A flashlight would be helpful. *The entire contents of the unit will be sold, and the winning bidder must take everything out of the unit, leaving it broom-swept so that it can be immediately re-rented. You may not use the dumpster on sight. *There are no guarantees or warranties on anything in the unit, so BUYER BEWARE. *You will also be required to post a $100 cash deposit for any or all units purchased at each location. The deposit will be returned if the unit(s) is/are emptied and cleaned within the time line established for each location. If you fail to clean the unit out, you will forfeit your deposit. *You MUST pay for your purchase before you leave. There is no time to go to an ATM or bank. CASH ONLY. No checks, credit cards, debit cards. *Announcements made at the time of the auction supersede any printed announcements. Each person attending must sign in and agree to follow all the rules and regulations of the sale. All purchased goods are sold “as is” and must be removed by 5:00 P.M. on the Friday following the sale. *All personal paperwork/computer records, family photos, social security cards, birth certificates, government issued licenses or ID, tax records, medical records, school diplomas, and work history on computer hardware or computer disc information pertaining to this unit must be boxed and returned to the site manager ASAP. NO EXCEPTIONS!
