Behind 255 Main St. (Rt. 40), Claysville, PA From I-70, take the Claysville exit (#6) onto Rt. 40 East. Go approximately 1 mile into town. Turn left onto Wayne St. (Rt. 231), then left into the alley. Auction site is the yellow garage on left, next to the Verizon telephone building. Watch for auction signs.
From the estate of John and Allene Nichol, of Claysville, PA, this is the second auction from the carriage house/garage. Most of the items have been sitting on the second floor of the building relatively UNTOUCHED FOR THE PAST 60 YEARS. We have previously conducted six auctions for this estate. Only the highlights of the items found are listed.
Preview will be Monday, Feb. 13th - 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
Auction will begin to close at 6:00 pm, Thursday, Feb. 16th
with a soft closing of lots in a timed fashion.
