The Auctioneer will establish the bid increments and determine when the property has been sold. 1.) 10% Buyer's Premium. 2.) 15% deposit at conclusion of sale, balance due within 45 days. 3.) Purchaser required to sign a uniform sales and purchase contract at the conclusion of the sale. 4.) 2023 Taxes Pro-Rated. Seller to pay Greenbelt Roll Back Tax on any non-eligible purchase. 5.)
