Everyone PLEASE READ This is an onsite auction in Maple Lake, load out is one day only at this site. We try to be as flexible as possible with load outs but with onsite locations we do not have that luxury. Please put forth every effort to pick up your items during the time allowed. If we dont hear from you before the end of the load out time, your items will not be available and you will be marked as a no show which could affect your bidding privledges. If you need shipping please call or text the shipping number before the end of the load out time so we can prepare your items and move them to the shipping facility. We MUST be contacted before the end of the load out time or your items will not be available for shipping. If you send a text with your bidder number and that you want shipping, they will prepare to contact you for payment. You can find all the information you need on the shipping tab right up there at the top of this box. Please read. If you find you cannot possibly make it and you need your items moved to the Hutchinson Warehouse you need to call or text Robin at 320-423-9488 before the end of the load out time. Leave a message with your bidder number and a brief message if no answer. I will be assisting other bidders. This is a service I am willing to provide for this auction only if you absolutly need it. No other A.L.A. onsite auction will offer this benefit. You will be expected to pick up your items on the very next Tuesday or Wednesday in Hutchinson and be sure to tell them that you have items from Maple Lake Clothing Auction. Thank you for helping onsite auctions run more smoothly by always picking up your items at the site. Our cars get quite full with shipping requests and we may simply not have room for anymore.
