Auction Terms & Conditions By bidding on any lot offered for sale in this online public auction, any/all bidders agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Bidders are approved for online bidding, upon registration, based on the information provided by HiBid as well as a buyer's previous record. The auction company has the sole discretion to approve or deny any bidders. 2. All items are sold "As-Is". All information contained in descriptions is believed to be accurate; however, no information provided is guaranteed. Schmidt Auctions or employees of shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies. The bidder assumes all risks related to the grade, quality, appearance, condition, history, and origin of any lot. 3. Bidder's acknowledge there is a 15% CC or 12% Cash/Check Buyers Premium which will be added to all winning bids and will be payable by the winning bidder as part of the total cost. 4. All Sales are subject to the 6% PA Sales Tax, unless a valid Tax Exemption Form is on file with Schmidt Auctions. Please email any Tax Exemption Forms to dan@schmidtauctions.com. 5. All items MUST be paid for within 2 weeks of the sale. Schmidt Auctions reserves the right to void any unpaid invoices at that time. 6. All sales are final. Lots may not be returned / refunded for ANY reason. Schmidt Auctions assumes no responsibility for any items once sold. 7. In-House Shipping is available; you pay actual postage plus a $5 handling charge per box for reasonably sized orders. Orders with large quantities of lots or lots that are excessively large, heavy or bulky we reserve the right to use a third party shipping service to pack these orders such as UPS at the expense of the winning bidder.

Other lots feature coins and currency, some military groupings, some silver and costume jewelry, vintage electornics, Toys, Postcards, Primitives, Advertisting, and lots lots more. We're also pleased with the progress made at the new pickup location in Morgantown. Very conveniently located at the crossroad of 23 and 10 behind the Kog Hill Winery. Winning bidders will make their appointments via www.schmidtauctions,com as is the norm but can expect curbside load out upon arrival!
