A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to the high bid and included in the total purchase price. Non-refundable Earnest deposit of $10,000 due at contract signing, day of auction. Buyer will agree to close within 30-days on or before March 2, 2023. The contract will not be subject to inspections, financing, appraisal or interim maintenance. Any lender requirements are the responsibility of the buyer. Title insurance and closing cost will be shared 50/50 between the buyer & seller.
