Many times a seller will give his opinion on the condition and many times it is not correct. Please use good judgment or call with questions. No Returns! Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within seven (7) days. No refunds will be allowed for any item(s) that cannot be shipped due to said regulations. REGARDING THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR ITEMS: if the auctioneer determines that it is something we can ship to you we will do so (*we will not ship large or very heavy shipments, or high dollar items that would require insurance), and this will be done per the auctioneer's discretion. Once we determine the shipping charges the amount will be added to your invoice and processed to your card on file.If we cannot ship it, it will be sent with our shipper which is Pakmail (contact@pakmailfw.com) (we are limited to one shipper as our other shipper cannot insure coins). Once Pakmail has your items packaged they will send you an invoice via email and this can be paid through Paypal**please note: Pakmail does not have access to your credit card information on file, payment for shipping is separate and billed through the shipper. Fee for storage will be $10 per day, per item. If item(s) remains in storage for more than 60 days it shall become the property of Strawser Auction Group. --- DEFAULT: If the winning bidder refuses or fails to complete the transaction for ANY reason (including, but not limited to, remitting the total purchase amount, or arranging pickup of the item), Buyer shall relinquish ANY right to complete the transaction and shall have no rights or interest in the property, as well as forfeit all deposit monies as liquidated damages to Seller. Some grading companies do not guarantee their grades. Therefore, bidders should educate themselves about legitimate vs illegitimate grading services. Many times a seller will give his opinion on the condition and many times it is not correct. Please use good judgment or call with questions. No Returns! Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within seven (7) days. It will be up to the buyer to determine if there are any shipping regulations for any item(s) purchased, and the buyer is responsible for any shipping regulation requirements. No refunds will be allowed for any item(s) that cannot be shipped due to said regulations. REGARDING THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR ITEMS: if the auctioneer determines that it is something we can ship to you we will do so (*we will not ship large or very heavy shipments, or high dollar items that would require insurance), and this will be done per the auctioneer's discretion. Once we determine the shipping charges the amount will be added to your invoice and processed to your card on file.If we cannot ship it, it will be sent with our shipper which is Pakmail (contact@pakmailfw.com) (we are limited to one shipper as our other shipper cannot insure coins). Once Pakmail has your items packaged they will send you an invoice via email and this can be paid through Paypal**please note: Pakmail does not have access to your credit card information on file, payment for shipping is separate and billed through the shipper. Fee for storage will be $10 per day, per item. If item(s) remains in storage for more than 60 days it shall become the property of Strawser Auction Group. --- DEFAULT: If the winning bidder refuses or fails to complete the transaction for ANY reason (including, but not limited to, remitting the total purchase amount, or arranging pickup of the item), Buyer shall relinquish ANY right to complete the transaction and shall have no rights or interest in the property, as well as forfeit all deposit monies as liquidated damages to Seller.
