If you are picking up furniture please proceed to our loading dock on E Tremont St (from Union Blvd, go north on Sherman St, the first left is Tremont, proceed to the last loading dock on the left, do NOT go through the gated fence). SCHEDULE: You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. Pick ups will start June????? Wednesday 12-4, Thursday 10-6, Friday 10-4 and Saturday 10-2. If you require a different pick up time, please contact us at 215-444-5353. FURNITURE: If you are picking up furniture: BRING YOUR OWN LABOR! We cannot always help with loading furniture. (Furniture buyers are welcome to call 215-444-5353 for other options.) There is NO shipping if furniture unless you make the arrangements, we can recommend a shipper to you. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees. 3) SHIPPING: Smaller items can be shipped for an additional handling fee and postage fee, shipping is mostly done in house after local pick ups are completed. Searchlight Auction Company and its consignors make no warranty or representation, express or implied that the purchaser will acquire any copyright or reproduction rights to any lot sold. Searchlight Auction Company expressly reserves the right to reproduce any image of the lots sold in this catalogue. The copyright in all images, illustrations and written material produced by or for Searchlight Auction Company relating to a lot, including the contents of this catalogue, is, and shall remain at all times, the property of Searchlight Auction Company and shall not be used by the purchaser, nor by anyone else, without our prior written consent. 11. These conditions of sale shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The buyer/bidder agrees that any suit for the enforcement of this agreement may be brought, and any action against Searchlight Auction Company in connection with the transactions contemplated by this agreement shall be brought, in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any federal court sitting therein. If it is determined by Liveauctioneers that you did NOT intend to purchase then the item will be removed from your invoice.
