Originally built in the 1830s, this historic home, and surrounding acreage are located near the industrial areas of Hwy. 461 will be offered in four tracts.  

Tract #1 which contains .99 acres features the historic home, which is solid brick with a metal roof. There is a living room, kitchen, bedroom, full bath & utility room downstairs with 3 bedrooms, a sitting room, and a half bath upstairs. The home has laminate, vinyl & carpet throughout. There is a closed-in porch, several non-working fireplaces & nice woodwork throughout the home.

TERMS: 20% down due day of sale or within 48 hours of the close of bidding for the online winner, with a balance in 30 days with the deed.

NOTE:  The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead-based paint.   The inspection period is from January 17^th through January 27th, 2022.   The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
