This will be the second auction for the Nancy Parker estate at 842 Friendship Rd. Somerville, AL. 35670. Look for and follow our red and yellow "AUCTION" signs form AL. Hwy. 67 to the house. We will sell a 12x30 "Tiny House" and a 10X20 Metal Storage Building to be removed form the property. We have pictures to view on our websites, kdcpropertiesinc.com, estatesales.org. and auctionzip.com. Furniture, appliances, great glassware, books, Christmas decorations, snow babies, pipes and too much more to list. Come on out and enjoy the day with us and take home some treasures. We will be adding more pictures for you to view.
Tents will be up for shelter or warmth and we will have heaters and drop sides for the tents as well as seating. Concessions on site and coffee is free. Please follow parking instructions when you arrive at the site.
