Payment Instructions: Your credit card will be charged within 48 hours following the auction for your total purchases including Buyer's Premium. NO SHIPPING. This is a pick up only auction. Collins Auctions LLC does not pack or ship items. We recommend you contact a shipping company prior to bidding concerning packing and pick up. This will need to be arranged prior to pickup and pickup will have to be set up by the buyer.

Items not picked up or that shipping has been arranged by pickup day will be forfeited. No refunds will be given. No exceptions.

If a credit card is declined and Collins Auctions cannot get payment by the pickup day of auction items purchased, buyer will not be able to participate in any of our future auctions.

Check out Date and Time: Removal will be on Saturday, December 17 in Stewart, OH. Address to be emailed along with receipt.

Special Terms: Bring adequate help to move items. We do not have multiple individuals at pick up to help move larger items. If you cannot pick up items and are not having them shipped, please do not bid. Any item not picked up or shipping is arranged by pickup day will be forfeited.

Registering for this auction finalizes each Bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale. Do not bid until you have read the terms and conditions. In order to bid at the auction, all Bidders must be signed up and registered to bid. All bids are subject to acceptance by Collins Auctions, LLC.

Registration: In order to better serve our customers, all Bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone or cell phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. Credit card and driver's license information is required at registration also. This is to insure good communication between Collins Auctions LLC and the Bidder throughout any transactions. Each Bidder's identity will be verified. Bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Collins Auctions LLC will reject the registration, and bidding activity will be terminated. There is no fee to register, although a valid credit card will be required to verify identity and funds. By bidding you are representing Collins Auctions LLC (Auctioneer) and the seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated, DO NOT BID or you will be bound by those terms and conditions. By bidding you agree to all disclosures.

All items are sold as-is and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items are open to public inspection by appointment. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. Collins Auctions LLC may attempt to describe the items in advertising, on the internet, and at the auction, but make no representation as to accuracy. In no event shall Collins Auctions LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. If we are selling coins, we do not have them graded. You will need to use your best judgement in determining grade.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. Collins Auctions LLC shall try to describe in detail each item and information about it.

These terms and conditions and their interpretation shall be governed by the laws of the state of Ohio. Auctions with ONLINE ONLY bidding are not subject to the Auction Statute 4707 and are not under the supervision of the Department of Agriculture. Any suit relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought to the Court of Common Pleas in Athens County, OH. Any controversy or claim arising from or relating to the Terms and Conditions, or breach thereof, shall be settled through the America Arbitration Association or any substantially similar association in the appropriate jurisdiction, and judgement on the decision rendered by the arbitrator, may be entered in any court having jurisdiction therefor. In any litigation, arbitration, or other legal proceeding which may arise between any of the parties hereto, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and expenses, including costs and expenses of arbitration, court costs, and expenses incurred on appeal, and reasonable attorney's fees incurred in any dispute through arbitration and appeal of and final judgement in addition to any relief to which such party may be entitled. By bidding on any item, the Bidder shows acceptance of the Terms of the auction.

Collins Auctions is providing internet online only auctions as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Collins Auction LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Collins Auctions LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Collins Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw ore re-catalog items in this auction. Collins Auctions LLC may also extend an auction if any factors within the auction or society deem it necessary in the opinion of Collins Auctions LLC owner and management.

Pease be aware that you are about to participate in the auction sale of personal property. This type of sale is much different that your purchase of property at a retail store or from another type of merchant. There are absolutely no guarantees of the quality or condition of the items for sale or that the item will be suitable for your particular purpose. Do not rely on the statements of any employee of Collins Auctions LLC as to the quality or condition of an item or that it may be suitable for your purpose. Collins Auctions LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Rely only upon your inspection of the item, as such inspection will be the only assurance you will have as to the condition or quality of the property or the number of items in the auction lot you may purchase. NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON WILL BE MADE.

Removal is the responsibility of the Buyer. Please bring a valid driver’s license and your printed receipt to confirm your identity at the time of pickup. If you are sending someone to pick up your items, they must have a copy of your invoice and Collins Auctions LLC must be contacted prior to pick up and informed that a third party is picking items up.

Risk of Injury: Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place and shall be deemed to be there at his/her own risk along with anyone brought with you to assist with your removal. No person shall have any claim against the Auctioneer, his agents, employees, sellers, or principals for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever.

Removal of Items: No item may be removed from the auction site until the full bid price and Buyer's Premium are paid. All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time or day. The packaging, removal, and loading of all items is the responsibility of the winning Bidder. Please bring any packing materials, moving equipment, and personnel to assist in loading, etc. that you may need. Items not picked up during that time will be considered abandoned property. No refunds, credits or charge backs will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned. You must be available to pick up and remove your items at the posted removal times. Bidders who do not pick up their items at the scheduled time or arrange shipping by removal date will be considered to have abandoned their purchase(s) and agree that they will not be entitled to any refund or adjustment.

Once you leave after pickup, we will consider all of your items picked up and we are not responsible for them. Any items left or forgotten are considered abandoned.
