Firearms will have a $20 FFL transfer fee. AAA Auction Service, Inc., is a licensed FFL. All out-of-state firearm purchases will only be shipped to a licensed FFL. ***PAYMENT: Payment for any purchase is considered due and payable on receipt of invoice. All payments are due in our office by Thursday at 6p. At that time the Merchandise becomes the property of AAA Auction Service. The buyer will be held liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale. The liability of AAA Auction Service, Inc. to any buyer in regard to any item shall not exceed the purchae price actually paid by such buyer.
