* 13% buyers premium & 9.75% TN sales tax. Under Tennessee tax laws and regulations, there is currently no exemption unless you have a valid resale certificate. You will pay TN sales tax on titled vehicles upon registering them in your county.
*Payment must be made to EK Auctioneers BEFORE removal of item. Seller will not collect payment. Payment may be cash, check, wire transfer, or credit card (credit card charges will include a 3% convenience fee).
