Terms for the home are 10 percent down the day of auction with the balance due within 60 days of auction date. This is a non-refundable deposit. Any and all inspections must be completed 10 days prior to auction date. Home will be selling as-is with no guarantee or warranty of any kind. Sellers will pay for making of the new deed only and guarantee clear title. Any and all other cost or expenses will be that of the new owner. Buyer will be responsible for spring 2023 taxes. Statements the day of auction will take precedence over all printed materials.
