We will accept cash, check, or major card in full on the day of the auction. All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price.
NOTE: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead-based paint. The inspection period is from November 30th, 2022 through December 9th, 2022. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
