Item 1: Premier Grain Cleaner Model # PVSC-12 PF Indented Cylinder Separator
• 23” diameter vertically “Split” cylinders (indent size #36) • Built as Two-Hi – Wide Extended length machine • Parallel Flow (Flow P) • Vertical Split tapered cylinders • 2 HP TEFC 460/3/60 direct drive motor w/hollow bore gearbox on each cylinder • Adjustable lifting trough w/ locks on each cylinder • Heavy duty rubber rollers w/easy access from outside the machine • Manually adjustable flow retarder on each cylinder • Large inspection doors at all discharges • All product conduct areas have 10 Ga mild steel bolts in liners • Control panel is NEMA 12 enclosure w/TB Woods Inverters to control cylinder RPM. Separate VFD’s for each cylinder unit. VFD’s are 460 volts • Capacity on Sunflower removing sticks – 175 BPH per cylinder
