Auction Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions Most Items are new unless otherwise stated in the description. Item Packaging may show signs of warehouse damage and or stickers from processing, but very few. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection. All Merchandise is sold AS-IS and where is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Discount Depot does not represent any manufacturer or Retailer. There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium Added to all Buyer's Totals for each item purchased. ~All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this. * Tax Exemptions must be submitted before auction day to Derek@yourdiscoiuntdepot.com in order to be submitted to customer profile. *PAYMENT TERMS: Payments are processed at the conclusion of each auction to the card used during registration. If you would like to use a different card you must notify us before auction day. *Payments must be received no later than 5:00pm on the last scheduled pickup day of the Auction. ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PROCESSED THROUGH: Discount Depot. Payments can be made upon pick up with a credit card, debit card, or cash. Payment Types: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express / Cash Cash Buyers: Buyers Premium Fee will be discounted to 13%! Credit Cards will be charged at the end of each auction. If you want to Pay cash upon pick up we will refund your credit card at the time of pickup, so you can get your discount. All buyers must have a paid receipt from Discount Depot at time of pickup. Discount Depot is not responsible for preview or removal. REMOVAL: If Items are not removed by the deadline and there is a discrepancy, no refunds will be issued. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal - Discount Depot is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must load and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. All Items are sold, "As is, where is" with no guarantees-Sales are final! Discount Depot assume no liability for errors or omissions in the listings, Any information is gathered from sources, believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Items are available for preview and inspection prior to bidding, You can preview and inspect any items during our Store hours Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-6:00pm. There are NO RETURNS. This is an auction. By accepting these terms and conditions you are giving Discount Depot Consent to send you emails, and/or messages to the phone number on file. If for any reason you cannot make it, you need to email us by responding to the email you will receive post auction, and/or sending an email to Derek@yourdiscountdepot.com. You can also call to let us know (281-724-0688) If you do not pick up your items by the last day of pickup, and/or we do not hear from you by the last day of the auction, through email and/or Phone, your items will be considered abandoned and will be disposed or resold by Discount Depot. Pickup Location: 830 West Main Street League City, Texas 77573 IMPORTANT: By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction. Discount Depot and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time. Bidder agrees to hold Discount Depot harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants. ******* Shipping******* We do not provide Shipping quotes before or after your "Winning Items" are paid for and/or before they are shipped out. We offer Shipping. If you need shipping reply to your settlement email stating that you need shipping. Shipping is invoiced separately. If the shipping cost is higher then expected, you will not be refunded for your purchase if you choose to not pay for the shipping. There will be a $5.00 Handling/Supply Fee. After the Auction you will receive a settlement email. You WILL NEED TO REPLY to that email within 4 days, that you need shipping. If you do not, your items will be considered abandoned and will be disposed or resold by Discount Depot. You will then be sent an invoice for the cost of shipping. We will charge your card on file. Once the payment goes through, we will gather your items and combine as many as we can and get it shipped out to You. We are quick to get your items to you. We try to have your items shipped out to you within 3-4 days. All items that are not picked up by Saturday at 6:00pm and/or you have not let us know within 4 days you need shipping, your items will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal unless other arrangements have been made. Refund will NOT be issued for abandoned items.
