All items in this auction are brand new, first quality and come with full manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated in the title (i.e. USED xxx). All of the items can be shipped, unless the item is not legal in your home state. If you purchase a firearm that is not legal in your state, you will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your state before by bidding and by bidding, you are confirming that you know the laws of your state. All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee of your choice. You'll need to have your FFL send a copy of their license to us at graceauctionsllc@gmail.com or you can simply respond to your invoice email. Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase, all bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. There is a $200 relisting fee on any item that you bid on, win and fail to pay for. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge. Due to the continued supply chain issues across the United States, we cannot guarantee product availability once the auction has closed. For ammunition, we may substitute comparable ammo of another brand in the case of a product shortage. For other availability issues, we will work to source the item for 10 business days. If the item cannot be sourced, we will refund your money to you and let you know. We must receive a copy of the FFL or SOT that you would like us to ship to within 5 business days. A $10 per day storage fee may be assessed if we don't receive the FFL/SOT within those 5 business days. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. There is a $200 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state. Some auction items may have a reserve assigned by the Seller. There is a $200 relisting fee for retracting, cancelling or refusing to honor your bid for any reason. SHIPPING For our protection, orders will not be processed until payment is posted. Items will be shipped at the Buyers expense and the cost will be added to your invoice. The Buyer assumes all risk in storing and/or shipping of the item.
