**If you are outbid during the last 5 minutes of the auction you will be given an additional 5 minutes to make another bid. This process will continue until no bids have been made for 5 minutes.
1.) Property selling "as is, where is", no warranties guaranteed or implied. Bidders should complete their own due diligence prior to bidding.
2.) 10% buyers premium applies to final bid to establish sale price.
3.) Payment due in full with pickup.
4.) Possession with payment.
5.) Items purchased will be available for pickup SATURDAY DECEMBER 10 9 AM - 1 PM
Items are located at 2276 Livingston Hwy (Hwy 111), Monroe, TN.
6.) Guns are located at and shall be picked up from S & R Guns in Cookeville, TN SATURDAY DECEMBER 10 9 AM - 12 PM Buyers will pay to S & R Guns a $15 handling fee as well as the cost of the TBI background check. Buyers are to present their invoice at pick up.
7.) This sale is final with no contingencies and is not subject to the buyer's ability to obtain financing.
