Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Owner/Seller or Bullseye Auction Company concerning these items or lots shall be construed as a warranty either express or implied. ITEMS AND LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS - WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidder acknowledges that all items and lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and, by these terms, The Bulleye Auction Company and Owner/Seller encouraged Bidders to carefully inspect each item prior to bidding. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY ITEM SOLD. WITHDRAWAL OF ITEMS: From time to time, it may become necessary to withdraw items from a sale after they are listed. The Bulleye Auction Company realizes this is an inconvenience and will not take this course of action lightly. However, we do reserve the right to remove items from the auction in the event the need arises. REMOVAL: Once the auction is over, the buyer owns the item. The Buyer assumes all risk of damage and/or loss of the property until removed from sale premises. The pickup information is stated in each auction event's details. WHAT IS A BID: When a bid is placed a contract is made. The bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid and win, you are contractually required to buy the product at the said price you bid. Placing a bid on this Site, and winning, then not paying for the product is illegal in Colorado, and prosecution will result. Do NOT confirm bid unless you have means to purchase product.
