STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: An item will begin to close Monday Dec 5th, 1:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 15 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.

LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Tuesday Dec 6th 9am - 5pm Schmid Auction will have forklift at auction pickup for assistance on loading. Special arrangement needs to be made to remove automotive lifts and other large items that involve labor.

Bid Increments: $1.00 to $100.00 is 1$. $101 to $1000.00 is $10. $1001.00 to $10,000.00 is $25.00. $10,001 and up is $100.00 Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $100.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid $50. It will raise the person with the high bid to $51.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Any items with alcohol buyers must be 21 years old. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3.5% convenience fee), personal check with proper ID, wire transfer & cash.
