Bidding will be US DOLLARS PER HEAD, (X times the number of animals in the lot) and buyer must take entire lot. All animals to be paid for in guaranteed funds prior to load out. Payment method will be wire transfer of funds to The Nature Conservancy. Payment in full must be made within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction, no later than the end of business day on Tuesday, July 23, 2019. Successful bidders will be notified at the conclusion of the auction with email instructions and an invoice. Animals will be available for load out by making an appointment with the preserve director, Bob Hamilton 918.440.9901, once payment in full has been received. All animals must be removed no later than Friday, July 26, 2019. Animals will be sorted into heavy, medium and light weight groups in each class for the auction. All of the animals were worked in April of 2019 and received a Mycoplasma Bovis vaccination and were treated with Cydectin pour-on. Animals all received injectible Cydectin wormer on July 15, 2019. Heifers are all Official Calfhood Vaccinates (OCV) for Brucellosis. No other vaccinations or wormer has been given. All animals have a metal ID and numbered ear tags.
