PICK UP: Please be aware of pick up days and pick up at those times, we need items to be removed during these times so we can set up more auctions. SHIPPING INSURANCE: Hessney Auction Company ships via USPS and UPS with Insurance on items over $100 at the cost of the buyer through the outside company Easy Post. If you item(s) are lost/damaged, all claims MUST be made through Hessney Auction Company within 30 days of shipment. If a claim is made independently of Hessney Auction Company, all insurance is voided, and we cannot make an additional claim on your behalf. If a claim must be made, please email us and we will provide you with a detailed list of what must be included in order for us to submit it to our carrier. ** If you are tax exempt you MUST notify us prior to the close of the auction, along with a copy of the form, if not you will be charged tax. Once the shipping is calculated, we will charge your card for a second time. This process is much more convenient for us. Items typically ship within 2 weeks. We do our very best as we have a small staff, which also helps keep your costs down. * All autographs shipments that are in envelopes will have no handling added. We are willing to ship any items through USPS Priority mail or UPS . The cost of shipping, handling and insurance will be charged to the buyer's credit card.
