Terms & Conditions: By registering for this auction, Bidder acknowledges that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions. All successful bidders agree to remove items they have purchased or arrange for the removal of said items by a third party on or before December 24, 2022. Buyer assumes all responsibility for his/her self and the safety of any helpers who come on the property. Buyers agree to hold harmless the property owner and auction company for any personal injury to themselves or anyone with them or for any damage to property they have purchased. If buyer damages an item purchased by another buyer in the course of removing purchases from the property the issue will be resolved between those individual and neither the owner nor auction company will be involved in settling such a dispute. Any items not removed by 6 p.m. (est) on December 24, 2022, will be considered forfeited by the buyer.
Please Note: power has been termintated at the site so buyers should bring batter operated tools or a portable generator and portable lighting for removal work. All structural and architectural items remain as photographed so buyer should plan on removal as he/she best sees fit as there will be no tools, equipment or assistance at the site.
