Conditions of Sale All sales are final and all property is sold "As is, Where is." It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to describe all these items to try to give you a visual of the item you are bidding on. We describe them to the best of our ability and many times rely on information from the consignor that is given to us. PREVIEW & QUESTIONS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED!!!! Buyers Premium All invoices will be sent showing a 15% buyers premium figured off the customer's total winning bid amount. This 15% will apply to all credit card and debit card transaction made in person, as well as invoices sent by email to customer for payment. In person customer pick ups who pay in cash will be given a 2% discount off the buyers premium, for a total of 13% buyers premium. Bidding A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agree to be bound by them. Payment All invoices will be sent showing a 15% buyers premium figured off the customer's total winning bid amount. This 15% will apply to all credit card and debit card transaction made in person, as well as online invoices sent by email to customer for payment. To request shipping please fill out the Shipping Request Form on our website. https://biddoab.com/shipping-request See below for shipping options. -Padded envelope rate is flat $5.00 or $7.00 depending on weight. -USPS Flat rate shipping boxes will be at the cost of the postage of the flat rate box plus a $4 materials and handling charge per box. -USPS Priority mail shipping in a new box in various sizes up to the size of 24" x 18" x 18" will be at the cost of postage plus an $10 materials and handling charger per box. -Any order that contains items that are larger than the largest box size will be sent to UPS in Forney, TX to be packed and shipped. UPS will contact the buyer directly to collect payment. Any attempt to commit fraudulent purchases with stolen credit cards or to dispute a transaction without returning the auction item won that is in dispute will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In person customer pick ups who pay in cash will be given a 2% discount off the buyers premium, for a total of 13% buyers premium. Indemnification Buyer shall indemnify Dallas Online Auction Block and it's affiliates against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney's fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale.
