All Bidders attending this sale agree that they have read and have full knowledge of these terms and agree to be binding as a legal contract between Bidders (Buyers) and AB Global LLC. We do our best to provide customers with accurate descriptions of products but do not guarantee accuracy on descriptions or titles. We are not directly affiliated with any of the company's merchandise sold in our auctions and we do not represent any company in our auctions in any way. Original manufacturers warranties most likely cannot be used for products purchased from the auction. Our registration process to bid in our auctions is very simple. Please follow the steps shown by Hi-Bid to register for our auction. When bidding, some lots start at $1 or a custom amount per lot and go up by certain increments when bidding. Some items may have a reserve by showing "Reserve Not Met". If an item shows "Reserve not Met" this means that the item's reserve has not been met. If Item shows a green check mark the "Reserve" on that item has been met and the winning bidder will win that item if reserves are applicable. Please account for some lots, times the quantity of item, like $3 (per Item) x 10 (Items) = $30 + BP + Sales TX. When the auction has ended an unpaid invoice will be sent out to you via email that you have registered for our auction. The invoice will show all the lots/ items that you have won and will be sent out the day the auction has ended/ or the next following day before auction pick up. Please print your invoice out and bring it to auction pick up. Your item(s)/lot(s) must be all picked up within designated pick up time listed on the auction. If you do not pick up your item within the designated pick up time frame your item will be abandoned. Your credit card will be charged on file after pick up day is over if you have not picked up your items. Please do not bid on lots if you are unable to pick up during the designated pick up time. If you are a non responsive bidder that did not pick up your items and have not made payment on time your account will be reported to Hi-Bid. You will no longer be able to participate in auctions hosted by AB Global. There will be a 17% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased when paying with credit card. As an example, if you win an item for $100, with the buyer's premium it would be $117 plus tax of 8% on top of the buyer's premium. All items sold on this auction are sold directly as is with no warranties or refunds. All merchandise is sold as is, where is. When paying with cash payment the BP is 15%. As an example if you pay with cash and you win an item at $100, the Bp is $15, Your total would be 115 + 8 % Sales Tax. There will be NO Refunds for the items that are relisted and Sold. No Exceptions. Once you bid you cannot cancel the bid and bid cancellations are not permitted. If you forfeit your item, or dont come for auction, your credit card will be charged at the end of pick up. No exceptions. No one under the age of 18 can enter the property for auction pick up. Due to water damage, some parts of the building may have mold and unsuitable conditions. In some locations there may also be low levels or absence of lighting yielding difficult vision, puddles on the floor,mold in some areas, unforeseen conditions and hazards that are not predictable by AB Global. It is the buyers responsibility and all our parties associated with the buyer to take necessary measures of caution to safely pick up their merchandise. Some suggestions include wearing boots, masks, and other proper clothing and safety equipment to ensure the safety of the buyer. We strongly recommend bringing lighting as well, like a flashlight or other lighting source. If you are purchasing a very large item like a haunted house or boxing ring please arrange for by appointment to pick up via email or text. AB Global is not responsible for any accidents,lost, stolen, and misplaced items. The buyer takes full responsibility for all items purchased. Payment Info: Amounts under $1,500.00 can be paid with credit card. Amounts over $1500.00 must be paid in cash or wire transfer. All payment transactions will occur during pick up, unless the bidder has won an item and needs shipment. The reserve amount is not the estimated amount listed below the listing. The amount below as an example $45 - $55 is an estimated retail value for the item.
