BUYERS PREMIUM: 15% buyers fee will be added to the concluded price. Example: If you purchase a $100 the final price will be $118 plus sales tax and CC Processing

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the lot number fixed to item, Auctioneer, and/or Seller. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Items may contain signs of use and/or may be missing parts and/or accessories. When you are not certain of condition or use of an item, bid accordingly. You are bidding on the description not the photo.
Bidders are responsible for their removal. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned.
ABANDONED ITEMS: No refunds and/or credits or any sort will be applied to items not picked up on dates provided.
REMOVAL: Will be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid email receipt. Buyers must ensure that movers, Freight Company or anyone picking up items on your behalf must have your paid receipt at the pickup location.
No items will be released without a paid email receipt. Bidder further agrees to be held personally responsible for all purchases made on their bidder number, and agrees that bidder will not charge back items which are not picked up during the published removal times.
SHIPPING: Only Available upon request PRIOR to Sept.10th.
DECLINED CARDS: Cards and/or Buyer declining charge will not be eligible for refund and will be suspended from any further auctions with Hot Spot. Should you want to reinstate your account a $500 deposit will be required and held in escrow for 6 months.
IMPORTANT: Bid carefully as we want everyone to get a good deal and most buyers do. If buyer decides they had accidentally bid on the wrong item, or it is not suited to their intended use, the sellers (our clients) are not willing to assume the cost of buyer's error.
Hot Spot reserves the right to add, remove, split, combine, add minimum bid, cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an item and/or Event, Reschedule pickup times and/or closing times.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by Either Small claims Court, State Court or arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Venue will be in San Bernardino County, California.
LIABILITY: Buyer (bidder) acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers and Seller harmless from any and all damages, claims, liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or during the removal of items purchased or by any of the items purchased.
