All sold items will have A 7% SALES TAX AND A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM added to the sold price of items. Bidding opens at 8:00 PM on Friday Sept 30, 2022 with a staggered soft close starting @ 8:00 PM Friday Oct 7, 2022. If bidders place high bids that are the same amount, the first recorded bid becomes the winner. Call and ask for inspection. Bidders must inspect the items in person or by viewing the pictures provided on-line. All items are sold in as-is condition with no warranty or guarantees. All sales are final. PICK-UP DATES will be Saturday October 8, 2022 at the auction address (1008 W. Co. Rd. 600 N. Brazil, IN 47834) from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Any bidder that has not picked-up their purchases or made arrangements to do so will have the credit card on file charged at 4:01 pm on Saturday October 8, 2022 and will forfeit those items. Buyers may pay with cash upon pickup. NO OUT OF TOWN CHECKS ACCEPTED. A 4% charge will be added to all debit/credit card purchases. We reserve the right to reject any bids at our sole discretion.
