We encourage you to place your minimum and maximum bid any time prior to auction start if you will not be available to watch the auction to bid online when the closing starts. In case of a tie bid the earliest bid wins. In the rare event of a server or system outage or delay the auction company may use their discretion to restart the auction at the beginning or prior lots if possible. The goal is to be fair and efficient as possible in such unforeseen incidents. Neither the auction company, sellers or other parties have power over system outages or errors in that situation. If this should happen, we will attempt to do what is fair to all participating bidders. PLEASE NOTE: Please REFRESH your screen periodically to prevent lag in bidding. DO NOT WAIT until the last few seconds to bid. You risk your bid being missed due to internet lag AND since it is a soft close waiting will not benefit you. "Walk ins" are not allowed. The buyer must pick the item up in person unless an agent is picking up for them. This is ONLY allowed if funds are wired-not if paying with a credit card.
