Original Manufacturers Warranties most likely cannot be used for products purchased from the auction. Due to the number of lots and bidders we will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the auction. We will call all bidders to confirm lots that say "Won" and "May have Won Lots". Once lots have been confirmed we will ask you to confirm the invoice. When you have confirmed the invoice, we will charge your card registered with Hibid/This auction. Please provide your CVC Code to pay for your items. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you are a cash buyer please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. When agreeing to the terms and conditions you are agreeing to the following procedures.Our registration process to bid in our auctions is very simple. Please follow the steps shown by Hi-Bid to register for our auction. When bidding, most lots start at $1/(a custom amount) per lot and go up by certain increments when bidding. Some items may have a reserve by showing "Reserve Not Met". If an item shows "Reserve not Met" this means that the item's reserve has not been met. If Item shows a green check mark the "Reserve" on that item has been met and the winning bidder will win that item. When the online auction has ended you will see on your bidder page, "Won Lots", or/and "May Have Won Lots". The "Won" mean that if the item had a reserve/ or no reserve you have won that item lot #. If the Item Says, "May have Won" this means the reserve has not been met by the seller selling their lots. You as the buyer can still purchase the item, even if the lot # says "May Have Won". Please take a look below at the invoicing/ picking up process: When the auction has ended and there are no more lots closing, you will see your lots that say "Won" and "May have Won". This is 100% normal to see. If the auction is in the evening you should receive a call the next following business day, and if the auction ends in the morning you could receive a call the same day or the next following business day to confirm all your lot #'s with the phone number registered with Hi-Bid. If the auction ends on Friday you will receive a call the next following business day being Monday or Tuesday. When one of our representatives calls you, they will review lots that are "Won" which you have "Won" and the "May have Won" lots. If you are interested in the lot that says, "May have Won" you can still purchase that lot. The steps for "May Have Won" lots are as follows: More Info On "May Have Won" Lots (Available Steps): When reviewing the "May Have Won" lots with reserves the representative will go through the list of your "May Have Won" Lots on the phone and let you know what reserve was set for them. If you would like that lot # at that reserve that was set on that lot you can meet the reserve and get the item. When reviewing the "May Have Won" Lots with reserves over the phone with the representative you have another option. If you are not interested in the reserve set by the seller, you can make an offer for that lot #, and the representative will sell the offer to the seller. If the seller accepts the offer you will receive an email or phone call back ASAP. If you are no longer interested in the item at the reserve or do not want to make an offer for the item you can "Abonded" the item at no cost, with no fees, only if the item is "May have Won" ONLY. 3. After you have gone over all the lots with the representative an Unpaid invoice will be sent to your email. Please confirm the invoice by email or by phone. When you have confirmed the invoice please provide the CVC code for payment with your registered card on Hi-Bid. If you would like to pay in cash during the pick up this is also an option. Please let us know via email or one of the phones. If doing so please bring the EXACT amount for all your lots listed on the invoice. Auction Important Info: Amounts over $450 Can NOT be paid with credit card due to the large credit card processing fees. They can be paid with cash, cash app,and venmo. The reserve amount is not the estimated amount listed below the listing. The amount below as an example $45 - $55 is an estimated retail value for the item. We display the retail prices for the items to the best of our ability which is intended to be helpful but, we cannot be held accountable for any errors due to volatile pricing of market trends and price promotions. When paying with cash, the BP is only 14%, compared to 16% due to no credit card processing fees. Reserve May Show Up On the Auction a few days later after auction is listed. Also by confirming the terms and the conditions of this auction, AB Global has the ability to remove any listing for any reason when the auction has been listed. Pick Up Day Info: You can pick up during the auction listed hours without appointment. If you choose the first option there may be wait time. To ensure fast pick up times, we strongly recommend you to schedule an appointment pick up time. Pick Up Day Appointment Info: You can contact us to schedule an appointment so you can pick up at your desired time, line free. Please contact us at abglobal3@gmail.com with your Full Name, Bidder Name, and the time you would like to pick up during the listed hours for this auction. We will then respond and book your appointment for that day. We are not open to the public during none listed preview and pick up hours. Please make sure you can pick up during this date and time before bidding. When a representative calls you an appointment can be made over the phone as well. Your items will be picked for you and waiting for you during pick up times listed for the auction. There will be a 17% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. As an example, if you win an item for $100, with the buyer's premium it would be $117 plus tax of 8% on top of the buyer's premium. All items sold on this auction are sold directly as is with no warranties or refunds. All merchandise is sold As Is. Buyer's Premium- 17%- with Payment of Credit Card, 14% with Cash Payment Sales Tax- 8% Currency Type: USD All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.ALL PURCHASES MADE BE PAID IN FULL ON DAY OF SALE.
