The seller has the right to approve or reject the final sale price and will furnish confirmation of acceptance within 72 hours of the close of sale. Helpful Terms: Maximum Bid- This is the MOST you are willing to pay for an item (before Buyer’s Premium/Tax); It is your Best Bid. The site uses this Max Bid to automatically bid (up to your Max) against others that are bidding on the same item. This allows you to place all your bids in advance if you are unable to or do not wish to watch the Lots as they close. Soft/Extended Close- As a lot is closing, if a bid is placed in the Final 2 Minutes, the closing time will restart the countdown from 2 Minutes. This is to prevent “Bid Sniping” and will allow someone who is outbid a chance at rebuttal. Lots-Per-Minute/Staggered Lots- Lots in our auction will not all close simultaneously at the listed end time. Instead, they will begin to close at a rate of "x" (usually 3 or 4) lots per minute, depending on how many lots are in the auction (Vehicle Auctions will close at a rate of 1 lot per 2 minutes). This means the first "x" (usually 3 or 4) lots will end at the closing time, but the next "x" (usually 3 or 4) will close the minute after, and so on. The closing time for each lot can be seen counting down, at all times. We always try to make sure an auction will be complete within 2 hours of the initial closing time. Both are in great condition. 11 Genie Runabout GR-15 Vertical Mast Lift Make: Genie Model: GR15 Year: 2003 Serial #: GR03-2012 Hours: 219.7 Load Capacity: 350 LBS Operating Weight: 2150 LBS Platform Height: 15' 2" This unit was taken out of service because it needs a new control board (137604GT) or possibly just a relay. When it went out of service, they were unable to purchase any parts due to the chip shortage. Instead, they wound up replacing the entire lift. Aside from that, the batteries may need to be replaced because it has been sitting for over a year. 12 Remaining Lots Are Located at Reinstein Memorial Library The following two lots are located at Reinstein Memorial Library at 2580 Harlem Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14225 13 Lot of (5) Wooden Two Sided Bookshelves on Library Floor These shelves were built in the late 1950's and have been used by the library since the early 1960's. They are all made of SOLID wood. Not laminate or particle board. They are on Stainless Steel bases and stand roughly five feet tall. Most are in GREAT shape.
