We are please to be holding Part 2 of the Dr. Helene Shulkin Estate along with a living estate from West Leyden to consist of wonderful antiques, high end furniture, art, oriental rugs, jewelry, linens, and tools. This is the best group of antique furniture that we have seen in years!

Antique Furniture: Magnificent quarter-sawn oak S roll top desk (this is not your usual roll-top, it’s 72 inches wide, 38 inches deep and 52 inches tall and in pristine condition with carving and beading. The post office is also quarter sawn oak. This is the largest and nicest oak roll top desk that we have ever seen), beautiful walnut secretary with heavily carved handles and door fronts, Chinese/Japanese paint decorated lacquer china cabinet, working Hershchede Hall Clock Company 2nd Empire grandfather clock (tag says: 1910 Panama Pacific International Exposition 1915 Grand Prize), cherry Empire 2/4 dresser, walnut Victorian 3-drawer chest, cherry empire washstand, Mahogany Globe Warnicke 3 graduated section barristers bookcase (with base, top, and brass accents), carved mahogany 2 drawer drop leaf side table with paw feet, unusual quarter sawn oak mission side chair, funky mid-century modern back velvet chair, small inlaid mahogany 4 drawer stand (Johnson Hanley Johnson Co), large oak library table, inlaid radio cabinet converted to storage, mahogany library table/desk, early rope bed, mahogany 4-drawer dresser, depression 1/2/3 dresser, Weeso wood stove, 3-drawer Eastlake dresser, crotch mahogany veneered 2/1 chest with mirror, velvet Chesterfield sofa with carved legs, oak  office chair, mahogany and leather office chairs,  etc.

    All items sold “as is, where is”, once items are sold they are winning bidders responsibility to secure. Removal is night of the auction or the following morning 9-10am (bring all your necessary help). Any and all statements on Auction day take precedent
