In the event of a bad check the Auctioneer reserves the right to repossess, at any time, at your location, the merchandise involved. As always a bid is a contract and will be treated as such. 5.All auction sales will be settled using the bidders credit card on file with HiBid. You must notify Cox Estate Appraisals in advance if you wish to pay using any other method. 6. Cox Estate Appraisals, it's agents and the property owner/Estate of the auction being held are not responsible for accidents or injuries incurred during any preview, local pickup, or other consideration pertinent to the property/ies at which the auction is being conducted. 7. All Bidders agree to pay stated Buyer's Premium of 15% unless otherwise noted in auction description/notes. No separate State Tax or Credit Card processing fees assessed if 15% Buyer's Premium in place. 8. Items may be sold with a "Reserve" (or minimum dollar amount allowing the item to sell). This Reserve and the amount may or may not be disclosed, but please contact Auctioneer with any questions including those post the auction conclusion as Reserve amounts may often be negotiable given further discussion with consignor. 9. Items not picked up at the stated local pickup time/date or at another pre-arranged time frame may be shipped at buyer's expense or considered forfeited. Forfeited items may still incur charges to the Credit Card on file, so please ensure that you pre-arrange an alternate pickup if available if the scheduled local pickup is not able to be attended. 10. Items that require shipping which were not eligible for such (having not been marked as "SHIPPING AVAILABLE" within individual lot details located just under pictures) will incur additional packing/handling charges or be considered forfeited as determined by the Auctioneer/3rd Party Shipping Agent.
