3.) 2022 Taxes Prorated. When applicable, Seller to pay Greenbelt Roll Back Tax on any non-eligible purchase.

12.) Guns are located at Moodyville Cash Store - 2969 Moodyville Rd., Byrdstown, TN (931)864-3165
Buyers will pay to Moodyville Cash Store a $15/gun handling fee as well as the cost of the $10/TBI background check. Buyers are to present their paid invoice at pick up.
13.) Out of state buyers are required to transfer any firearms through an FFL in their state of residence and are responsible for any additional handling fees and shipping expenses.
14.) Property selling "as is, where is", both surface and subsurface with no warranties guaranteed or implied. Bidders should complete their own due diligence prior to bidding.
