Witherspoon Barn Auction Saturday September 14th - Bidding starts at 10:00 amPreview and registration will be Saturday September 14th starting at 8:00 am. Auction starts at 10:00 am Corner of Dort Hwy and Carpenter Road, Flint MI Everything in the barn will be for auction including the barn. Winning bidder of the barn will have 2 month to tear down and remove. The barn is Appox 72ft long 60ft wide and Appox 70ft tall with 4 stories 30 plus years of collections most items came from Georgia. Barn roof is in bad shape, so lets hope we will have good weather if not bring your rain gear. 10% buyers premium will be added to purchase, no sales tax.
