This is a internet only auction, The bidding for this auction will begin to close on TBA at appx 6pm. Lots will close approximately every 15 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, meaning items that receive a bid in the last two minutes will be open for an additional 2 minutes, effectively preventing bidders from "sniping" lots. 2. A preview will not be offered. So please inspect the photographs and descriptions carefully. 3. All items offered and sold are done so "AS IS, WHERE IS" with any and all faults. 4. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but not warranted. 5. PLEASE GIVE US 48 HOURS POST AUCTION TO GET YOUR INVOICES EMAILED OUT. Please then make payment and shipping or pick up arrangements within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up, and may forfeit their right and claim to the property. 6. Your bid is a binding contract and you must pay for any items you win. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. 7. Estate Auction House reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our discretion without explanation. 8. Applicable taxes include PA sales tax of 6%. If you have a sales tax exemption for resale or another reason, Estate Auction Company needs a signed Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate (form REV-1220) on file in order to remove sales tax. 9. This auction has a 15% buyer's premium and 6% PA sales tax (no tax on coins or bullion). 10. Please bring a copy of your invoice (or at least the invoice #) with you when you come to pick-up your items. We accept cash, local Pennsylvania checks, VISA, MC, American Express & Discover cards. TO MAKE PAYMENT PLEASE CALL US WITHIN 48 HOURS POST AUCTION. 11. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms herein posted for this auction. 12. There will be a $40 returned check fee for any declined check received. 13. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. Non-paying and/or fraudulent bidder names WILL be shared with other auction companies. 14. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. 15. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final.
